Three samples must be entered.  ?wo (2) samples must be in unbranded packaging and one (1) in the commercially branded packaging.
Bean to bars and blocks: Entrants in this category must produce their own chocolate from cocoa  to the bar.
Individual Chocolates:  A total of 18 chocolates need  to be entered, preferably as three (3) boxes of six (6) chocolates.
Boxed Chocolate: A box must contain a minimum of six varieties per box. Assortment cannot include chocolates entered into classes CHC 012 – 015.
All product must be edible and the use of edible colours and metallics is allowed, unless otherwise stated.
Entries into chocolate section are not eligible for the Trophy for Best Victorian Product.
