Exhibitors are required to state the base spirit, which must be Australian-made, the predominant flavourings and Alcohol by Volume (ABV) of their Exhibit(s).

Potable (apéritif and digestif) bitters must be entered into Class LIQ002 – Herb or Botanical Liqueur.

Entries in Class BIT001 – Aromatic Bitters are not eligible for the Small Batch and Micro Batch Trophies, and do not count toward the Champion Australian Distiller Trophy.

One (1) sample of 100mL (millilitres) or equivalent is to be submitted for judging. 5L (litres) finished bottled stock is required to be held.
