With the exception of classes specified as ‘Other, non-cow’, all other Dairy classes are for products made from cow’s milk only.

Packaging and labelling requirement
All sample packs must display a Use By date or Best Before date and, where appropriate, a batch and dispatch number.
Any sample entered without the display of a Use By date or Best Before date will be withdrawn.

Please note that the use of the aroma additive 2,4-Dithiapentane is not permitted.
