The Best In Class Medals will be awarded to the highest scoring product in the following Product Categories.  Where there are multiple Classes feeding up to one Class such as Cheese or Ice Cream, Gelato and Sorbet, and where there are split panels across Product Categories a taste off using the Borda Count Method will be used to determine the Best in Class medal winner.
